Please inform the apartments in advance of your check-in time. As the reception is not open 24 hours a day, it is also necessary to call the apartments 1 hour before arrival (the mobile phone number will appear in your confirmation email).
A credit card deposit of EUR 300 is required as a security.
Arrivals after 23:00 will be subject to a surcharge of EUR 15.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 4.
Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: 19 % VAT is included.
EUR 30.00 service charge per stay is not included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.
Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.
Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services.
Parking: Free public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not possible).
Pets: Pets are not allowed.
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
