- Exit the motorway at the A100 (Stadtautobahn)
- Continue for Charlottenburg, leaving the city motorway at exit Kurfürstendamm
- Travel approximately 2 kilometres towards the city centre (Stadtmitte)
- Follow Kurfürstendamm and take a right into Knesebeckstrasse
- The next street is the Lietzenburger Strasse. Turn left, and you will find the hotel on your left

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 14.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: 19 % VAT is included.
